Structural features
This coupling has drum-shaped teeth instead of straight teeth. The external teeth of the current domestic NL-type nylon gear coupling are straight teeth with high buffering and shock absorption performance, and a large compensation capacity for axial, angular and radial displacement deviations. Due to the combination of engineering plastics and metal parts, it has good self-lubricating properties and is an ideal approximate universal elastic coupling. The shell mold molding simplifies the processing technology, low cost, and the use environment is -20℃~+80℃. Assembly and maintenance are particularly simple.

Note
· When designing and selecting, the torque should be calculated, and the torque change, frequent starting, environmental conditions, and reasonable operating coefficient should be selected.
· For dusty sites, it is better to use C-type structure.
· Do not leave debris in the cavity during assembly.
· After assembly, the inner gear ring should be able to slide freely by hand
· Small specifications can be tightened with screws.
