Powder Classifier Permanent Magnet Motor

Powder Classifier Permanent Magnet Motor

The motor rotor magnetic field is provided by permanent magnets, the rotor does not need excitation current, the motor efficiency is improved, and the operating current is reduced by 30%.

In the entire speed regulation range, high efficiency and power factor can be maintained. At the same time, the original power transmission system with many links is simplified into one, reducing the loss of the intermediate links, further improving the system efficiency, and the energy saving rate can reach 15%.

  • Effectively reduce and lower the noise and vibration of equipment operation, extend the service life of equipment and maintenance cycle
  • Compared with asynchronous motors, the energy-saving effect is obvious (average energy saving rate is about 15%~30%)
  • The product is small in size and light in weight, easy to install, with few fault points and simple operation
  • A variety of standard machine base sizes can meet different installation spaces and installation bases, and adapt to on-site working conditions
  • Use the original equipment connection and installation dimensions to reduce the difficulty of equipment modification and shorten the modification cycle

Function

The complex transmission system composed of the original asynchronous motor + pulley + reducer + coupling is simplified into a single motor, reducing system links, fault points and loss parts.
The stator coil adopts H-class insulation, which can withstand 180℃; the magnetic steel adopts N38H magnetic steel, and the working temperature can reach 150℃; the rotating shaft is quenched and tempered with 42CrMo, and the tensile strength is as high as 1080Mpa.
High material standards lay the foundation for excellent products.
The motor structure adopts modular and standardized design; different types of products are also highly versatile and interchangeable; so that the production of a single motor also has the scale and cost advantages of mass production.
The electromagnetic scheme design adopts advanced computer simulation technology MAXWELL iterative analysis to obtain a good scheme; the main structure design adopts ANSYS for optimization analysis.
The motor runs at low speed, reducing the high-speed link of the original asynchronous system, and the system noise can be reduced by up to 10 decibels.
