Permanent magnet motor for mixer

Permanent magnet motor for mixer

The motor rotor magnetic field is provided by permanent magnets, the rotor does not need excitation current, the motor efficiency is improved, and the operating current is reduced by 30%.
In the entire speed regulation range, high efficiency and power factor can be maintained. At the same time, the original power transmission system with many links is simplified into one, reducing the loss of the intermediate links, further improving the system efficiency, and the energy saving rate can reach 15%.

  • Direct drive, short transmission chain, high transmission efficiency
  • Purify the on-site environment and prevent lubricating oil pollution
  • Frequency conversion control, wide high-efficiency range, good energy-saving effect
  • Small size and weight, easy installation, maintenance-free
  • Use the original reducer installation size to reduce the difficulty of equipment transformation

Function

Stable and reliable
The original complex transmission system consisting of asynchronous motor + pulley + reducer + coupling is simplified into a single motor, reducing system links, fault points and loss parts.

High standards
The stator coil adopts H-class insulation, which can withstand 180℃; the magnetic steel adopts N38H magnetic steel, and the working temperature can reach 150℃; the rotating shaft is quenched and tempered with 42CrMo, and the tensile strength is as high as 1080Mpa.
High material standards lay the foundation for excellent products.
High cost performance
The motor structure adopts modular and standardized design; different types of products are also highly versatile and interchangeable; so that the production of a single motor also has the scale and cost advantages of mass production.
High technology
The electromagnetic scheme design adopts advanced computer simulation technology MAXWELL iterative analysis to obtain a good scheme; the main structural design adopts ANSYS for optimization analysis.

Low noise and low vibration
The motor runs at a low speed, reducing the high-speed link of the original asynchronous system, and the system noise can be reduced by up to 10 decibels.
