Permanent magnet motor for edge drive ball mill

Permanent magnet motor for edge drive ball mill

The motor rotor magnetic field is provided by permanent magnets, the rotor does not need excitation current, the motor efficiency is improved, and the operating current is reduced by 30%.

In the entire speed regulation range, high efficiency and power factor can be maintained. At the same time, the original power transmission system with many links is simplified into one, reducing the loss of the intermediate links, further improving the system efficiency, and the energy saving rate can reach 15%.

  • Forced air cooling design has wide environmental adaptability, especially suitable for cold areas with low temperature
  • The center height of the motor does not exceed the reducer of the same specification, which can reduce the change of the on-site foundation
  • Large starting torque, strong overload capacity, with a short-term overload capacity of more than 1.5 times
  • Special dustproof design, can work well under heavy dust

Function

The complex transmission system composed of the original asynchronous motor + pulley + reducer + coupling is simplified into a single motor, reducing system links, fault points and loss parts.
The stator coil adopts H-class insulation, which can withstand 180℃; the magnetic steel adopts N38H magnetic steel, and the working temperature can reach 150℃; the rotating shaft is quenched and tempered with 42CrMo, and the tensile strength is as high as 1080Mpa.
High material standards lay the foundation for excellent products.
The motor structure adopts modular and standardized design; different types of products are also highly versatile and interchangeable; so that the production of a single motor also has the scale and cost advantages of mass production.
The electromagnetic scheme design adopts advanced computer simulation technology MAXWELL iterative analysis to obtain a good scheme; the main structure design adopts ANSYS for optimization analysis.
The motor runs at low speed, reducing the high-speed link of the original asynchronous system, and the system noise can be reduced by up to 10 decibels.
