Good vibration reduction and long service life
The coupling uses a serpentine spring sheet axially embedded in the tooth grooves of the two half couplings to achieve the connection between the prime mover and the working machine. During operation, the driven end is driven by the circumferential force of the prime mover end tooth surface on the spring sheet to transmit torque. This largely avoids the resonance phenomenon between the prime mover and the working machine, and the elastic deformation of the spring sheet when transmitting torque enables the mechanical system to obtain a better vibration reduction effect. The average vibration reduction rate has been measured to be more than 36%.
