Function
The working principle of the pulley is that the belt connects the driving pulley and the driven pulley, and the power is driven by the friction generated by the friction between the pulley and the belt.

American standard pulley QD sleeve:
Quick release easy to install (Q) pulley taper locking sleeve, easy to install and remove. They are split and tapered by the flange to provide an effective self-locking principle for the sleeve shrink fit. When installing, all sizes have a set of screws at the key to help keep the bushing in place on the shaft until the screws are tightened. The sleeve allows the installation of the same mating part on shafts of different diameters and the installation of different pulleys on the same shaft using the same sleeve.
